So I got a new cell today; it's a purple Verizon phone. I'm not the one who picked it out (Mom did), but I like it. I'm currently looking for music to download. (It has Silent Hill and Castlevania music! Awesome!)
Also I think Persona 3 is trying to ruin me. I played it to about until 2 last night. Haaaalp. :: +Memory :: Tell a Friend :: 4 replies :: Reply Sweet, my brother found Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow while cleaning out his closet. It's been missing for ages!
Anddd I have nothing else to talk about, as usual. Yet another meme stolen from Enig:
( How old do I act? ) Also I started playing LocoRoco 2 two days ago. So far it's been really addicting. *can't stop playing* x_x "1. Play a computer/video game. Pay attention to your feelings and thoughts as you play. When you are finished, make some notes so that you remember your feelings and thoughts later. (As an alternative, you can observe someone else playing a game, take notes, and then ask him/her some questions when they're done about how they were feeling and what they were thinking as they played.)"
... Psychology, you are the best class . So yesterday I turned 17, and this journal turned 4. I had a pretty tame birthday; no party or anything, my parents and I (my brother went over to his friends' house) went to the Max & Erma's in Fairfield for dinner. Before that I went to BestBuy and got a PSP. It's a special edition silver one that comes with Ratchet & Crank: Size Matters and National Treasure 2. Much earlier my mom and I went to Wal-Mart to buy my cake. It's a marble one with brown and light green icing.
We didn't actually eat the cake until today, since we were full when we came home last night. Actually, only Mom and I had cake; my brother doesn't like cake anymore for some reason. Dad wasn't awake when we lit the candles and everything because he's feeling sick. Speaking of my brother, he bought me two video games with the money one of our uncles gave us yesterday: Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles and a version of Final Fantasy XI that comes with all the expansion packs! He couldn't get the latter started up though, which ticked him off, so we may have to take that one back... Oh well, I don't really want to play FF11 that much anyway, to tell the truth. Still, it was really nice of him to get me those! So far I've had a lot of fun with the former. To wrap this post up, how about a few quizzes? ( How Big Is Your Ego? and other quizzes ) (You know... I started this post yesterday, but I didn't get around to finishing it until right now. Huh.) So I started playing Team Fortress 2 today. It's pretty fun! I'm best with Pyro so far, but I play as Scout often too. The last time I played today I was an Engineer, and I don't think I did too bad as one either. I don't think I've really tried out all the classes yet though, so we'll have to see if that changes.
(I have it for the PS3. My PSN is AnScientist if you want to add me.) So... I got to the fourth level of Space Channel 5. Yes, I met Space Micheal. I mean... I *knew* MJ was going to be in it, and I have absolutely no problem with the dude (despite how crazy one might be, creating Thriller is basically a get-out-of-jail-free card), but it's still so... Surreal. During that section I was in this sort of blank slate stage. My mind wasn't exactly there, but I still managed not to screw up too badly (barely at all, actually!) at that part. Maybe the Prince of Pop had something to do with that.
I got all the way to the giant Evila (is that how you spell it? Or is it Evilia?) part before losing. Ffff. :| I'm playing Haunting Ground right now. Haven't touched it in a while; since 2007, according to my memory card. I'm playing it again for old time's sake. I think I'll start a new game in Hard Mode. So I went and saw Watchmen yesterday. I didn't want to go at first (I'm not much of a comic book movie person, sorry), but my uncle really wanted me to go, so I did... And it was .
Today my mom and I went out. I got my eyebrows waxed (they really needed it!), a snack at Sonic and some pretzels at the mall, and the special edition of Space Channel 5 for the PS2. I'm only on the second level (I lost during the boss fight. D: And I was at 36%!) but it's really fun so far. Kind of tricky, but I think I've gotten the hang of it. Sooo I downloaded Opera because Firefox won't open up and because Internet Explorer is... Internet Explorer. It's okay so far, but I miss having Firefox point out that, hey, my spelling sucks. I sent a crash report, so hopefully the problem can be fixed. I'm pretty sure that a site I was looking at caused the crash, and since I had it so that Firefox opens up the sites I was on the last time I used it every time I start it... Uh-oh.
Anyway, it's a snow day! And I haven't gotten any work done yet! Yaaay. Oh yeah, and I started replaying MGS4 a few days ago. I'm playing on The Boss Extreme, and I keep having to restart because I keep getting seen, and I want to beat it without any continues, alert phases, kills or stuff like that. Since I'm only at the Advent Palace... Um, crap. TOFU.
HEEEEY, TOFU. YOU MIGHT LIKE THIS. (Slightly NSFW; a bit of nudity, but certain bits are covered...) |
